We open at 7:00 every weekday, so an early appointment can land before your workday does.

What happens when you reach out

Our front desk handles scheduling, referrals and insurance questions.

They will ask what is going on, who referred you if anyone, and which insurance you carry. Nothing complicated, and you do not need your whole history ready.

Then we verify your specific benefits before your first visit and tell you exactly what we find. Most patients come to us by referral from a surgeon or physician. If you are not sure what your plan requires, we will help you sort that out.

Your first visit is a cause-first evaluation, one-on-one with a licensed Occupational Therapist, several board-certified in hand therapy (CHT). You leave with a plan that has an endpoint.

Parking and finding suite 150

We are at 7710 NE Greenwood Dr, suite 150, in east Vancouver. The map below has directions.

Give yourself a few extra minutes on your first visit so parking and finding the suite do not turn into a rush.

Standing outside and not sure which door is ours? Call (360) 989-1200 from right where you are and we will walk you in.

Bring your insurance card, a photo ID, and any referral or post-op protocol your surgeon gave you. If you have a claim number for a work injury or an auto claim, bring that too.

Who to ask for what

Scheduling, rescheduling, insurance, billing and paperwork go to the front desk. Call (360) 989-1200 or email admin@gabbertclinic.com. That is the fastest route, every time.

Questions about your hand, your splint, your exercises or how your progress is tracking go to your therapist. Bring them to your next visit, or call and we will pass the message along.
