Patient Care Coordinator

I grew up in Vancouver, WA, and later moved to New York to attend the State University of New York at Buffalo, where I earned my degree in Communications and English. During my time there, I was also a Division I student-athlete, playing softball for the university.

Over the years, I’ve built a strong background in customer service, working across a wide range of industries—including spa and wellness, sports events, healthcare, retail, and hospitality. This diverse experience has given me a well-rounded perspective and a strong foundation in delivering exceptional service in fast-paced, people-focused environments.

I have 3 years of experience in healthcare administration, handling patient scheduling, medical records, billing, and daily office operations. I’ve worked closely with both patients and medical staff to help provide excellent care.

Core Values: The core values that drive me are honesty, service, respect, responsibility, and growth.

Honesty is at the heart of everything I do. I believe in being truthful and transparent, not just with others but also with myself. It helps build trust and keeps my actions aligned with my principles.

Service is another key value for me. I believe in contributing to something larger than myself, whether that’s helping others, supporting my team, or giving back to my community.

Respect guides how I treat people from all walks of life. I try to create space for others to be heard and valued.

Responsibility means owning my actions and following through on my commitments. I take pride in being someone others can rely on.

And finally, growth is about always striving to improve, personally and professionally. I see every challenge as a chance to learn and evolve.

Something patients often face that I’d like to fix is gaps in receiving treatment. I’m dedicated to improving continuity of care through timely scheduling and better coordination!

I help coordinate patient visits, assist with questions, and ensure a smooth, supportive experience at the front desk.

What I like most about working here is the people. Every day I get to connect with colleagues, clients, and visitors, and I love being part of a team that values kindness, respect, and communication. It makes my job at the front desk both enjoyable and meaningful!
