We are looking for a Licensed Occupational Therapist with CHT or with strong interest in hand therapy. New-grads are welcome; level II placement in hand therapy is strongly desired.
Looking for strong mentorship and a fun, positive team-oriented environment? Gabbert Clinic is a busy, private outpatient occupational therapy clinic specializing in hand therapy and neuro OT. We have 6 OT’s specializing in hand therapy, 3 of which are CHT’s and 1 OT specializing in neurological conditions. We are a very tight-knit team that works together all throughout the day. We frequently consult with each other on cases and support each other. We value team members who are highly motivated and want to learn and grow their skills as a therapist. We have monthly and sometimes semi-monthly meetings for in-services, case-reviews, journal clubs, etc. Mentorship is offered with 1 hour/week time slot saved for mentorship with a CHT until your CHT is obtained. Our clinic is therapist-owned with the owner on-site.

CLINICAL DEVELOPMENT
All clinicians meet monthly for education classes including but not limited to joint mobilizations, neurodynamics, exercise progression and regression, and blood flow restriction to name a few… Ask other potential employers if they are meeting regularly to improve their clinical skills.
