Mission Statement
To be the change that healthcare needs by providing both the absolute best quality of care and best customer service. Providing the best hand and neuro therapy in Vancouver by not only providing the best patient experience, but also providing the highest level of treatment, meaning we don’t just go through the motions of treating but rather constantly seek to better understand causes of pain and dysfunction and maximize outcomes.
We seek to be a light in an increasingly dark world of healthcare. We provide the healthcare experience that is so rare in today’s world. We are different from many other healthcare facilities in that we: listen to our patients, seek to understand our patients, provide adequate time to fully and holistically treat our patients, and put patient care above profits. In addition, we are kind, patient, and sympathetic with our patients. We provide a better customer service experience than most healthcare facilities by calling new referrals same-day, trying our best to not have long wait times, verifying benefits as accurately as possible, and always being warm, welcoming, kind, and friendly.
